All week we’re showing some of the ways that we reduce food waste in our restaurant with Our @gwfoodfuture Menu!
Instead of using brand new coffee in our creme caramels, we use old coffee grounds which we dry and then use them to infuse our creme caramel with a coffee flavour. It’s always good to get every little bit of flavour from our Planet Bean coffee beans!
