We source our cheeses from @gunnshillartisancheese in Woodstock, ON, a small-batch creamery known for their incredible, award-winning cheeses made with local milk and Swiss-inspired techniques. ⭐ We’ve actually visited the creamery ourselves and were lucky enough to get a tour from owner Shep, learning all about how their cheeses are made The cheese board lineup is always changing, so even if you’ve had it before, there’s usually a new cheese to try, all from Gunn’s Hill. It’s the perfect shareable and a great way to taste a bunch of amazing local cheeses in one go.
