The pandemic has impacted so much over the past two years and that includes our vital community organizations and non-profits. Those amazing people who support so many of our neighbours and vulnerable community members. Throughout March, we'll be supporting one of those amazing local organizations - @artnotshame by donating $1.00 from the sale of every Iced Lavender Earl Grey Tea Latte featuring @pluckteas Art Not Shame is a Guelph-based, not-for-profit, community-engaged arts organization that serves youth and young adults across Ontario. They work to foster community connection through facilitated, multi-disciplinary, art-making workshops and co-learning opportunities. With a focus on speaking back to systemic forces that perpetuate cycles of shame and the undermining of self-worth (including racism, white supremacy, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, classism, and other intersecting forms of oppression), Art Not Shame seeks to shape community by intentionally building supportive and transformative social spaces.
