Carolyn is an undefeated professional boxer out of TNT boxing right here in Guelph. She started her amateur boxing career in 2014 and went professional in 2019. Throughout the pandemic, her own life experience and atheletic injuries led her to really develop a passion for the importance of proper strength and conditioning. During her recovery she has recognized the positive impact this training provides not just in becoming a smarter and stronger athlete but in her mental strength and clarity.
