We're super proud of Chefs Shea and Geoff who are representing Miijidaa and @fooddaycanada at the legendary @beardfoundation House in NYC tonight. One of the dishes they'll be cooking up includes grilled millennium asparagus, niagara prosciutto, black walnut vinaigrette, pickled spring mushrooms.
